YuktiPharma is a digital engagement platform for pharmaceutical field marketing. Cancellation of orders or scheme agreements must be handled directly between the transacting parties (doctors, MRs, pharma companies, etc.).

If you need to cancel an order or scheme, please contact the relevant party directly using the contact information provided during the transaction. YuktiPharma does not manage cancellations on behalf of users.

Refund Policy

YuktiPharma does not provide refunds.

All financial transactions, invoicing, receipts, returns, refunds, warranty claims, and disputes occur directly between the transacting parties (doctors, MRs, pharma companies, distributors, etc.).

YuktiPharma does not accept or process payments on behalf of any user. Therefore, YuktiPharma is not responsible for processing refunds or handling refund requests.

If you require a refund for a transaction, you must contact the party with whom you directly transacted (the pharma company, distributor, or MR) to discuss refund terms and conditions as per your agreement with them.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed directly between transacting parties. YuktiPharma functions solely as a technology intermediary to enable communication, visit scheduling, scheme negotiation, and order coordination between registered users.

YuktiPharma does not engage in pricing, billing, negotiation results, or financial settlement between parties.

Disputes and Billing Issues

Any disputes regarding billing, pricing, refunds, or financial matters must be resolved directly between the transacting parties. YuktiPharma bears no liability for billing differences, pricing disagreements, or refund disputes.

Invoices and order settlements are independent contractual agreements between doctors and pharma companies, and YuktiPharma is not responsible for pricing justification or order disputes.
